How we work — customs clearance step by step

1. You send us your documents — invoice, packing list, CMR, HS code of the goods via WhatsApp or email. We check the documentation is complete.
2. Quote and confirmation — within 1-2 hours you receive a detailed quote breaking down duty, VAT and agency fees. Once accepted, we proceed with clearance.
3. Submitting the customs declaration — we prepare and submit the customs declaration through the CDS system. For imports we obtain a GMR number where required.
4. Confirmation and documents — once approved, we send you an E2 (import acceptance) or E88 (export). The goods can then leave the port or reach the recipient in Liverpool.
