How it works

Four steps from enquiry to released goods

You do not need to know the procedures. You only need to know what you are moving and where.

  1. You send an enquiry

    Form, email or WhatsApp. Describe the goods, route and timing — we reply with a document list and a quote.

  2. We check the documents

    Invoice, packing list, CMR, proof of origin. We classify the goods (CN code) and calculate the charges before the lorry sets off.

  3. We lodge the declaration

    CDS on the UK side, NCTS for transit, import declaration in Poland or the EU. The driver receives the GMR and MRN.

  4. Your goods are released

    We make sure the procedure is closed and pass the full set of documents to your accountant or for vehicle registration.
